Terms of Use

Last updated: 15 October 2026

1. About these terms

These terms apply to the LetUsUp app and this website during the closed beta. LetUsUp is operated by Pragpath Studio – Ardalan Ebrahimi (sole proprietorship), Frankenallee, 14052 Berlin, Germany (“we”). By using LetUsUp, you agree to these terms.

2. A beta, not a finished product

LetUsUp is in a closed beta. Features may change, disappear or behave unexpectedly, and the app may sometimes be unavailable. Your feedback helps us improve it. Thank you for testing.

3. Your account

  • Use accurate details, and keep your password to yourself.
  • You are responsible for what happens under your account.
  • You must be at least 16 years old to use LetUsUp.

4. Be kind

LetUsUp is built for calm, supportive encouragement. When you name public habits, send cheers or connect with people:

  • be respectful: no harassment, hate, threats or sexual content;
  • no spam, advertising or pretending to be someone else;
  • nothing illegal, and nothing that infringes other people’s rights.

Please don’t try to disrupt the service, access other people’s data, or work around limits in the app.

If these rules are broken, we may remove content, make public habits private, or suspend or delete the account involved. Where we can, we tell you first and give you a chance to explain. Use Report in the app to tell us about a problem.

5. Your content

Your habits, check-ins and messages are yours. You allow us to store and process them to run LetUsUp, for example to show your public habits in the library, to let others copy them with Try this, and to deliver your cheers to the people you send them to. Private habits are visible only to you.

6. The AI coach

Coach messages and habit suggestions are generated automatically by AI. They are meant as friendly encouragement, not as medical, psychological, nutritional or other professional advice. Use your own judgement, and talk to a professional about health concerns.

7. Tokens and purchases

Some features use tokens, an in-app balance. You can earn tokens in the app, and on Android you can buy token packs through Google Play. Google processes these payments, and Google Play’s terms apply to them.

Tokens have no cash value. They can’t be exchanged for money or transferred to another account, and they don’t expire while your account exists. When you delete your account, any remaining tokens are gone. As a consumer you generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal; for digital content it expires once delivery has begun with your express consent and your acknowledgement that the right is thereby lost. Refunds for Google Play purchases otherwise follow Google Play’s refund policies.

8. Ending your use

You can stop using LetUsUp at any time, and you can delete your account in the app under Settings → Delete account. See Delete account for what is removed and what is kept.

9. Liability and applicable law

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, under the Product Liability Act, and for injury to life, body or health. For ordinary negligence we are liable only for breach of a material contractual duty, limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this kind of contract. LetUsUp is free to use and in beta, so we don’t promise any particular availability.

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer-protection rules of the country where you live remain unaffected. If any provision is invalid, the rest of these terms remain in effect.

10. Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the beta develops. The date at the top always shows the latest version. Questions? Write to hello@letusup.com.
