Delete your LetUsUp account
You can delete your LetUsUp account and its data at any time.
In the app (quickest)
- Open LetUsUp and sign in.
- Go to Settings.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
Can’t open the app?
Write to info@pragpath.com from the email address you use for LetUsUp, with the subject “Delete my account” and your username. We’ll reply to confirm your request and let you know when your account has been deleted.
What is deleted
- Your profile
- Your habits and check-ins
- Cheers
- Connections
- Notifications
What is kept
Purchase and token-ledger records that we need for accounting are kept in anonymised form, so they are no longer linked to you, for as long as German commercial and tax law requires (up to 10 years). Database backups are overwritten within 7 days.
Good to know
- Uninstalling the app does not delete your account.
