What is the closed beta?

LetUsUp is being tested with a small group of people before it becomes publicly available. Beta versions can have rough edges, and your feedback shapes what we build next.

What is Google Play internal testing?

It’s Google’s way of sharing an app with a small list of testers before release. LetUsUp installs and updates through the Google Play Store like any other app, but only Google accounts on our tester list can get it.

What is TestFlight?

TestFlight is Apple’s free app for installing beta versions of iPhone apps. Each beta build is available for 90 days, and TestFlight lets you know when a new build is ready.

How do I install the beta?

Android

  1. Make sure the Google account you use on your phone is on our tester list. Ask the person who invited you, or write to us.
  2. On your phone, open the Android beta link and accept the invitation.
  3. Install LetUsUp from Google Play. Updates come through Google Play, like any other app.

iPhone

  1. Install TestFlight from the App Store.
  2. On your iPhone, open your TestFlight invitation (link or email) and tap Accept, then Install.
  3. Open LetUsUp from your Home Screen. New builds show up in TestFlight.

Phone apps: private beta — invite only. Ask the person who invited you, or write to hello@letusup.com.

I have an invite code. Where do I use it?

Install the beta, then enter the code when you sign up. You’ll be connected automatically with the person who invited you. If you already have the app, open your invite link on your phone and tap Open in LetUsUp.

How do I report a bug?

Write to hello@letusup.com and include:

  • what you did, what you expected, and what happened instead;
  • your phone model and system version (for example Pixel 8, Android 15, or iPhone 13, iOS 18);
  • a screenshot or screen recording, if you can.

On iPhone you can also send feedback straight from TestFlight: take a screenshot while using LetUsUp and share it as beta feedback, or open TestFlight, choose LetUsUp and tap Send Beta Feedback.

How do I delete my account?

In the app, go to Settings → Delete account. More details, including what is kept, are on the Delete account page.

How is my data handled?

See the privacy policy. In short: no ad tracking, no selling of data, and private habits are visible only to you.
